Core Strategy – Stability and Income

Our Core Strategy focuses on acquiring and holding high-quality, operational renewable energy assets—primarily solar PV and battery storage systems (BESS)—that offer long-term, stable cashflows. These assets are backed by secure Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and deliver consistent, predictable income. This forms the foundation of our portfolio, prioritising capital preservation and low-risk returns.

The Core Plus Strategy targets solar PV assets that are generating revenue but were developed without storage. We enhance their value by integrating battery systems and actively managing energy market participation. This approach improves asset performance, unlocks new revenue streams, and positions the Fund for growth in emerging grid and market opportunities.

Through early-stage project origination and development partnerships, we invest in purpose-built renewable energy and storage assets. By entering at the pre-construction phase, we create value through design optimisation, permitting, and strategic grid integration—delivering future-ready assets at attractive entry points.
